I was charged 3 (THREE) overdraft fees this past weekend and I am furious because as far as I know I added the feature that takes money from your savings if you ever overdraft from the checking. I added this service after the last time I overdrafted. I didn't want for it to happen again. On Saturday after I noticed 2 overdraft fees I called customer service and they claim that I never had that service. So what the F&*$???????? Is this the type of customer service that Wa Mu gives it's customers. I can admit when I am wrong but I know that I am right!!!!!!!! I added this at the location near my house. Why the hell are they not doing their job????
I want my $54 dollars back!!!!!!!!! I don't have much money in the account but I will close every account I have with Wa Mu if my money is not refunded!!!!!!! I will also close my wifes accounts!!!!!

I was refunded MY money AND I closed her account, there for, I WIN!!!!! And you can't close your wife's accounts without her consent AND SIGNATURE. I hope she stands up to you and keeps her account. Ha!

George, I realize you're furious about this, but a business letter asking them to fix the problem is best written when you're in a better frame of mind, and can express yourself without the excessive use of "!!!!!" and the profanities. After all, you want them to take you seriously and work out this issue, not file this under "delete".
Have you contacted your local branch and the party that added the overdraft protection to your account? They should have the records of the changes, and can assist you in removing the overdraft charges, especially if you calmly and clearly address the problem.
