In March 2010 I was laid off from my full-time job. Unable to find work I started to struggle with my mortgage so I entered the special forbearance program in January 2011. I was assigned a processor and was told to call in once a month during this process. I did everything that I was asked to do during this time. However, for the last 4 months of the program, my processor would never answer his...

Whoever designed the account holder transition from Wachovia to WF needs to be looking for a job. We spent an hour two weeks ago rolling my son's student accounts to WF and to date he has not received his new debit card. My ATM card doesn't work. I have not received a WF card so assumed my Wachovia card would still work. Trying to figure out who to call to get it fixed.

Every January for the last two years we get a call from Wells Fargo Fraud Services about fraudulent charges on our credit card. While I appreciate them calling to check on suspicious charges, I'm very careful with my card (don't use it at unknown sites, don't give it to unknown people) and I don't understand why my card information keeps getting out. I am fed up with the outrageous fees you charge. If I do not get my overdraft fee from October removed,I am closing my account and i not only never recommend your bank to anyone, I will recommend they go elsewhere,as I also plan to do.
I want the $35 fee from the ATM overdraft in October removed. Otherwise,I will close out my account and go elsewhere.
