Wells Fargo holds my mortgage. I never receieved my year-end statement for my taxes in 2009. This also happened at the end of 2008. I called to request a copy. The new policy at Wells Fargo of having a greeter standing at the front door is annoying. Having a teller get in my face and shout "Good morning, welcome to Wells Fargo" as soon as I walk in does nothing for me.
