Wells Fargo Mortgage Loan Modification...wait 7 months for NOTHING

This is to alert you of the horrible horrible experience i have had with Wells Fargo who currently holds all of our money. We reached out to them in October of 2011 to do a loan modification. At the time we were told this would take 3-4 months We have been shifted to 4 different people and the loan has been with the under writer since December 14! We have been waiting for months to find out they simply can't do anything for us. This was the call I received today and they won't even work with us to change the mortgage due date to accommodate our pay dates. Because of this we have incurred over $800 late fees so far and they won't work with us to do anything. It leads me to believe that Wells Fargo has no desire to work with us at all. They are telling us that they want to own our house. Of all the government programs and they say they can't help us. We are the people working hard to stay afloat. Why is Wells Fargo allowed to string us along for 7 months to find that you can't help us even to change the due date of our mortgage. I am so sick of this behavior and lack of knowledge and being shifted around like a blank piece of paper. I have spent hours on the phone and hours preparing the paperwork to sit in limbo until Wells Fargo gets to my stack in the pile. Stay clear of working with Wells Fargo. I will do what I can NOW to remove EVERY dime I have with them to keep them from making another dime on us. That is all we are to them....we are just a way to make money. They care of nothing but the dollar, it is just a business...nothing personal at all.

At least have someone work with us to change our payment due date and waive the fees we have incurred while waiting for the underwriters decision.
