problems with billpay

I put in my car payment into your billpay system it said it was delivered on 3-14-2012. But suntrust bank where i have my car loan never received my payment for march. So I called your billpay people and was treated rudely so I went over to the bank, where once again i was treated as if I was inconviencing the person who was taking care of my complaint, he never introduced himself and and just was not a very customer service oriented person, he proceed to call the billpay people cause he said they were the only ones able to fix this. anyway the person who's name was andy on the other end of the phone snapped at me as I tried to tell him what was going on. so i told him he was in the wrong field and hung up on him. I then told this rex person who was suppose to be helping me i wanted to close out all my accounts, he said no we will fix this by this point I was very upset. So he called the billpay people again and talked to a women I didn't talk to her by this point I had, had enough. He said they were going to put a claim in on this lost money so he said he would give me a cashiers check never informed me that this was coming out of my account till I looked at my account tonight. I am furious. I have checks I didn't need his damn cashiers check if it was my money being used. I don't know what kind of practice wells fargo has but i have never had so many banking problems since wells fargo took over wachovia. I have been banking with wachovia for over 10 years at that branch never was I treated so rudely. This matter needs to be resolved!!
To put my money back into my account and stop treating people like they are doing us a favor. There are many banks to put your money into
