On several occasions I have been continually disappointed with the service of your Wendy's on rt 50 in Heidelburg, pa. Every time I go there there is a line around the drive thru and inside is usually even longer lines. I visited the 6710 Pines Rd location on 11/11/11 at 10:12 pm. The 2 ladies that were working the drive-thru were very inefficient and seemed to not know what they were doing. The lady that took our order didn't seem to care about the accuracy of our order(ie. not asking the dressing for the salad or sauce option for nuggets). We visited the Wendys at 6934 W. Bert Kouns on 11/11/11 18:25 pm. The young man, Marvin, working the drive-thru window was very curtious and friendly. Our order was perfect and prompt. We origionally decided to visit this location because we recieved such terrible food as well as service at the 6710 Pines Rd location.
