Food and drink temperature not suitable for serving

I stopped in to Wendy's on Brookhurst St in Fountain Valley, CA today for what I thought, would be a nice lunch, but on the contrary. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, junior bacon burger, chicken nuggets, 2 small fries a coffee and a coke, everything was cold. I took the coffee back and they were supposed to make a fresh pot, which they told me would only take 5 min. 15 min later we still had no coffee, so I had to go up and get it myself, and it was still cold. We eat at Wendy's quite regular, but no longer, we will not be back after this visit.

Wendy's should make sure their food and coffee is hot enough to serve to their customers.
