Customer Service from Management is getting out of control!

The customer service from management is as bad or worst that the one from some employees.
The truth of the matter is that whataburger managers have no college training at all, thats why they often behave like animals. Most of the whataburger managers come from the streets, may have alcohol consumption problems, may use drugs, and are overwheight, with probably low self-steem and that gives you a hint of why they do customer service in that manner. Very often, whataburger managers are too busy eating like porks in their back offices that they fail to address the needs of the customers. Dealing with a whataburger manager is like dealing with a bureocrat, you know that someone is standing in front of you, but at the same time you know that they dont care about what you have to say. The bad customer service happens regularly in El Paso Texas, where people who complain on a bad experience are ignored and treated badly. Eventually, more people will realize that there are other options out there, not (mcdonalls, burger king, or similar nasty places) I mean, we may need to pay a little more and go to a decent restaurant to receive good customer service.
I strongly feel that whataburger products are great, they are (original, great quality, nice presentation, and great prices) but their only weakness is the customer service, because even their restaurants are nice and seem clean most of the time.
Note: eventually the company has to address the bad customer service that is been given to people, whether they like ot or not, they will eventually experience a decrease in the weekly or montly income that will make them realize that something is wrong.
Its sad to see how a good company is declining due to bad customer service, specially from management.
Hint: If you position an overwheight manager as the face of your company, people will assume that your product get people fat! (bad marketing)
Crucial: Its crucial that you only have managers with at least a college degree, because training someone for a short period of time will not gguarantee good results. Exposure to college often makes people more professional and humanistic.
Be realistic! Some of your products such as the green chile sandwich are alsmots 6.00 just for a freaking sandwich!!! are you kidding me!! the product is great, but the price is ridiculous and unrealistic for a country who's economy is on a rescesion!
To the bureocreats: Please those bureocrats sitting in a fancy office making over a quarter of a million a yers for management, get off your fancy office, park your fancy car in one of your restaurants, and go undercover to see what your experience is, then reflect on that, and question how many people are going through the same thing. The big problem with companies is that coorporate doents take the time to experience the service and ordering the product, and when they go, they go in a suit which makes the overwheight managers feel so scared that they even make the food to avoid any mistake, which is not realistic, go with your family, undercover, wearing regualar cloth, like we all do and see what you get! You will be highly surprised, I guarantee you that.
If you have any sense of descency and ethics, you will share this with coorporate and upper management and reflect on it, and if you dont, then you have become one of them, a bureocrat and careless human being.
Be a professional and do something about it, not tomorrow, but today, before more people start questioning going to your restaurants. You have a great product, much better that (mcdonalds, burger king, etc) and your facilities are nice, like I mentioned before, your only weakness is customer service, especially from managemnt.

I'm sure that you have a college degree. Specially instead of especially, and mcdonnalls instead of McDonald's, etc. Perhaps you are jealous that these managers have a job and you don't.

I agree that $6.00 is too much for a fast-food burger.
I don't know about the education of in store managers. Some may have worked their way up from a cook or counter help.
When I was in college I attended a career fair. Several fast food restaurants were there recruiting. I heard more than one student comment something like "I didn't spend four years in college and $50,000 to spend my day saying "Welcome to Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendys etc, May I take your order?"

How do you know the manager didn't go to college?
DO you believe "fat" people just don't go?
And in case you missed the hole in your story.
"I strongly feel that whataburger products are great, they are (original, great quality, nice presentation, and great prices) but their only weakness is the customer service, because even their restaurants are nice and seem clean most of the time."
Who do you think MAKES the food, presents it and keeps the place clean?
If the management wasn't doing a good job getting their staff doing their work, none of that would be possible.
If "fat" people working offends you, I suggest you stay home and don't turn your tv on. Starting, not tomorrow, today.

So no "college training" is what makes someone an overweight, drug abusing alcoholic? You haven't met enough frat boys in your life, dear.
College has nothing to do with bad behavior.

You personally know that they are drug users?
As for being overweight... how is that bad management?
This sounds like a personal issue you have with the managers, rather than a professional issue.

WOW! what happened? Sounds like you have an ax to grind. Perhaps you should jump in and take over management.
"The truth of the matter is that whataburger managers have no college training at all, thats why they often behave like animals. How do you know all of this? Are you speaking for all What-A-Burger managers? Or just this location. I know when I stopped at the one I know of in NC, that manager was whip thin. And I am pretty sure this very small NC town would not have tolerated "alcohol consumption problems, may use drugs,..." serving their kids.
