Five Star Service at Whitehall Products is Impressive!

I am so impressed with the excellent service I received from Tracy. She recently went out of her way to help me repair my favorite outdoor thermometer damaged after a squirrel broke the needle off. I have tried for months to find parts without any luck, when another company suggested Whitehall Products. Even the manufacturer of my item could not help me. The item was a gift to me from a dear friend years ago.

Tracy went way beyond what I ever expected to help me with my repair needs. Finding a part that she thought perhaps would work.

I do have some of your quality products, and will definitely do my part to make sure everyone I know is aware of the excellent service you provided me. I will look to do future business with your five star company.

If you have any special recognition for your associates that go beyond the norm please consider Tracy for that honor. Her help honestly was far beyond what one expects these days. I am totally impressed, and will be reminded each time I check the outdoor temp of her excellent service.
