I recently purchased a new Swiss Legend Women's Karamica Diamond White Ceramic watch, Style: 20051-WWWSR from worldofwatches.com. This was supposed to be gift to my wife for our 10 year anniversary. When I presented the gift while still in the box, a couple of notes fell out 1) Shipping Information from the previous purchaser and a "Return Reasons" note. I was shock and ticked off because according to the website it states: "Every SWISS LEGEND Women's Karamica Diamond White Ceramic is brand new, never worn, with original factory parts and 100% authentic guaranteed." Well after my initial thoughts I read the return reasons, loose bezel and the watch stem was stuck. I confirmed they existed. I paid for a returned product and victim of false advertisement. Unbelievable.
I want what I paid for a new, unworn, non-defective Swiss Legend Women's Karamica Diamond White Ceramic watch, Style: 20051-WWWSRStyle: 20051-WWWSR. I want World of Watches to send me the item at no cost to me and have prepaid return label. I gladly send the defective one back.
